Red Zone HR Solutions Field Systems Troubleshooting Tech - Entry Level in Vancouver, Washington
The Field Systems Tech is a fast paced, outside service position working on assorted pump systems to solve customers’ equipment needs and problems, including:
Electrical and mechanical trouble shooting of pumps, motors, electronics, tanks, valves.
Design-build projects of increasing size and complexity.
Management of full project lifecycle including: estimation, bid, sale, work crews, contractor, and customer interface.
Projects cover municipal, industrial, agriculture, and residential systems.
Service varies from simple capacitor replacement to troubleshooting of complex electrical panels and variable frequency drives.
Sale of replacement equipment.
Perform required repairs.
Instructing installation and replacement crews.
Perform system start-ups on complex or critical equipment.
All skills a plus.
Strong mechanical, electrical & hydraulic aptitude.
Anticipation of issues, flaws, and requirements of system design, installation, and maintenance.
Willing to work with hands in outdoor and indoor environments.
Ability to comprehend hydraulic motion, and its relationship to system performance.
Ability to understand how complex valves operate and their performance within a system.
Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
Learn to safely work around 460-volt electronics.
Clean driving and criminal records, drug test,
Positive attitude, honest, hard working, shows hustle,
Physical fitness, lifting 100 lbs.,
Quick learner with strong verbal and written communication,
Customer service attitude
Knowledge of hand tools and power tools,
Any electrical experience, commercial driver’s license, heavy machinery operation, welding and fabrication, machining experience, or crane experience is heavily desired.
