Rudolph Technologies Technical Project Manager in Snoqualmie, Washington

Rudolph Technologies, Inc. is a worldwide leader in the design, development, manufacture and support of probe card analysis, defect inspection, advanced packaging lithography, process control metrology, and data analysis systems and software used by microelectronic device manufacturers worldwide.

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead highly technical and complex programs related to the design of Rudolph’s Probe Card Analyzers and Bare Wafer Products. A successful candidate would be responsible for cross-functional interaction, between product management, manufacturing, quality, and all of SW/HW engineering. This person will be expected to manage up to 4 projects with teams of 2-10 people each simultaneously. The skill to interact across a mix of Engineering Disciplines while ensuring success on projects with aggressive timelines and deliverables is a must.

  • Interact with product management and development teams to develop a strong understanding of project objectives

  • Interact with all stakeholders to ensure their requirements are considered in the project plan

  • Document and communicate project objectives and requirements in a project plan

  • Develop, drive, and maintain project schedule

  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings

  • Document and follow up on action items with responsible parties

  • Drive for accountability and results

  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools

  • Quality assurance

  • Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders

  • Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions

  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs

  • Project evaluations and assessment of results

  • Required 3+ years of project management experience in an Engineering or Manufacturing environment

  • 4 Year Technical Degree preferred

  • Proven experience in people management, strategic planning and risk management

  • Ability to comfortably and effectively communicate at a high technical level, but also capable of detailing and explaining complex information in non-technical terms

  • Desired Experience/Skills

  • PMP or other project management certifications

  • Must possess strong analytical reasoning, creative thinking, and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to compose accurate technical and business documentation to a consistently high level

  • Ability to handle confidential material in a manner that maintains company interests
