We are seeking a talented marketer who can innovate within key marketing channels - including SEO and Paid Search - to attract more customers to Amazon. You will be a leader on the Global marketing team, with direct hands-on ownership as well as cross-functional coordination with business and tech teams of all sizes. You will collaborate with the central Search traffic teams at in your efforts to drive traffic and new customer growth. You will conceive and drive groundbreaking projects in the space, sell your ideas to executive leadership, and drive our global customer acquisition roadmap. Key Responsibilities: * Create and deliver SMART goals that drive new customer acquisition from strategic destinations around the world * Conceptualize strategic product and tech initiatives to improve the external search experience for global customers; subsequently execute those initiatives. * Run experiments and deep data driven analysis that proves the value of your ideas to drive acquisition; subsequently build the roadmap to scale the solutions globally. * Partner with senior leaders to drive cross-organizational initiatives to the finish line and launch * Own and evangelize the customer acquisition prioritization roadmap, including business opportunity sizing and resource scoping (business and tech) BASIC QUALIFICATIONS * 6+ years of experience in related positions with increasing responsibility. * Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or a related field of study. * Strong digital marketing experience driving acquisition - including SEO and/or Paid Search - with a solid understanding of the full customer lifecycle. * Experience gathering and utilizing customer insights to inform marketing activity. * A demonstrated record of partnering with teams (e.g. Product and Tech) across the organization and influencing to achieve business results across multiple teams who may have different goals. * Ability to generate and quickly execute upon actionable recommendations based on the synthesis and analysis of data. * Ability to drive clear, thoughtful, and comprehensive analyses of marketing programs * Strong verbal and written communication skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Master's degree in business, engineering, or a related field * Deep experience managing SEO and Paid Search initiatives with proven track record of generating results and insights. * Demonstrated understanding of site optimization, UX and persuasive marketing techniques in driving new customer conversion. * Experience working with global customers and stakeholders. * Experience owning marketing initiatives for both desktop and mobile platforms.
