At C&E Security Tools & Integration team, we provide security solutions such as file scanning, static & dynamic analysis technologies along with build system integration. Our security solutions help thousands of engineers across the company & customers improve the security posture of their products & services by detecting security vulnerabilities. Our goal is to provide the best in class user experience by providing high value, high fidelity results with seamless end-to-end integration.
Our team is looking for a passionate Program Manager to drive the development of our security tooling solutions. This high impact role provides a tremendous opportunity for identifying business opportunities, translating them into engineering requirements, participating in the design discussions & ensuring successful delivery of the end-to-end user experience. As the Program Manager, you own the business, build the roadmaps, define and measure success, and drive improvements by collaborating with the engineering team and partners. Your contributions will increase the security posture of some of the largest online services on the planet and help protect Microsoft & its customers.
End to end ownership of critical security solutions, tooling areas that align with business goals
Define the overall vision & roadmap for the ownership areas with groomed backlog
Participate in the Sprint planning process & manage work-items with seamless execution
Drive features that add security value & delight customers by providing best in class experience
Identify & drive dependencies by engaging with key partners and stakeholders to meet business objectives
Define KPIs & success metrics to systematically measure the business health & drive continuous improvement
Constantly evaluate & deliver on business opportunities that extend security value prop to external customers
Conduct regular business reviews with management, partners & stakeholders
Continuous research in identifying & driving new investments
6+ years of experience in the software industry with 3+ years in Technical Program Management
Ability to identify key business opportunities, translate them into engineering requirements
Outstanding cross-group collaboration skills with proven ability to drive results
Strong business intelligence and data analytic skills including scorecard and KPI management
Ability to perform industry & competitive research to provide business direction
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Experience working with developer technologies preferred
BS in Computer Science or equivalent preferred
