You will be a meaningful part of a growing team that values diversity of thought and recognizes everyone for their personal strengths and desire to learn and grow. You’ll help define and deliver our solution for business insights and analytics as part of our Connected Vehicle team.

Understand where we can show customers and partners business insight and value from the data collected from these connected cars (telemetry data). You will build the Analytics solution by driving feature work and end-to-end customer scenarios.

Examples of Automotive analytics include: Preventative Recall scenarios, Telematics Usage Data (i.e. battery monitors), Driver Analytics, Fleet health, Remote Diagnostics.

You’ll work both independently and alongside other program managers listening and learning directly from customers, and ensuring we are making informed business decisions.

You’re phenomenal at translating ideas into reality by writing detailed specs. Through your close partnership with design and engineering teammates, you are superb at delivering results throughout the entire product cycle.

Your responsibilities extend beyond traditional engineering delivery, as you play the role of messenger to the masses; writing product documentation, samples/demos, and customer/field readiness materials.

You’re excited to travel to tradeshows, customer events, hackathons, and internal trainings to spread your message and promote the extraordinary things your team is building.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in program management or product management

Preferred for the role:

• A positive attitude, customer empathy, and a passion for software development

• Experience shipping multiple software products

• Experience as a feature PM driving customer value through engineering investments

• A capacity to take responsibility for the delivery of customer scenarios

• Good organizational skills and an eye for detail

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience writing detailed specs

• A BS or MS in Computer Science, similar engineering discipline, or equivalent industry experience.

• A passion for identifying places we can improve coupled with communication skills to contribute to solutions
