Partner closely with Product Management (Program Management/Engineering) and Product Marketing Management (PMM) partners to develop and execute against a digital CRM strategy for the Word, Excel, and PowerPoint mobile apps, with the end goal of increasing monthly active users (MAU).

Develop, launch, assess performance of, iterate on, and programatize digital campaigns in owned & operated channels to deepen engagement with our user base.

Partner closely with Product Management (PM/Engineering) to influence the product roadmap to drive deeper engagement.

Work hand-in-hand with the Analytics team to define success metrics; develop accurate, yet agile experimentation methodology; measure and report on the impact of our work; and develop models or analyses needed to power our work.

Provide the strategic direction, set goals, facilitate idea generation, drive prioritization, and set the rhythm of execution/delivery for the cross-functional team that works with you (v-team) to support Office for iOS and Android CRM.

Work with cross-functional partners in Legal (CELA), Privacy, and Governance to ensure that we are developing CRM experiences and campaigns that meet customer privacy, legal, and customer experience standards and requirements.

Work with 3rd party vendors for CRM capabilities and our internal Product Management team to define the ongoing integration work that is required to meet our needs to execute against our CRM vision.

Live and breathe the customer experience, gaining a deep understanding of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for iOS and Android -- as well as their competitors – to inform how we shape our CRM strategy.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree

Minimum of 5+ years of work experience

Marketing or product management experience

Preferred Basic Qualifications:


10+ years of work experience, with at least 5 years of marketing experience and at least 2 years of direct marketing experience

Experience partnering closely with Product Management teams

Strong analytical thinking and experience partnering closely with data analysts
