We are hiring a PM leader for encryption in Microsoft Azure. The Azure cloud platform is growing rapidly. Security is a top priority. Encryption is a critical component of securing data in Azure secure. Responsibilities

The Azure team to continues to invest significant R&D in encryption. We are looking for a strong technical Program Manager to drive this effort across Azure.

Some of the things you will do in this role include: Understand market/customer needs in this space. Define the roadmap for encryption across Azure - the features, customer experience, alignment with other security investments. Drive the delivery of that vision across the Azure platform and hundreds of Azure services.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• 8+ years as an Engineering Management, Technical Product Management, or Technical Program Management role covering multiple cycles for a product

Preferred Qualifications:

• Self-motivated, self-directed, able to lead

• Prior experience applying encryption to a software problem

• Strong cross-team collaboration skills

• Ability to manage projects across a large organization (several hundred engineers)

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
