The Product Support Specialist supports TAC (Technical Assistance Center) and Order Management by processing and following up with customer requests. This includes but not limited to: customer price and availability, answering product questions, help with account registration, verification of entitlements, and basic technical questions.
•Supports the Technical Assistance Center by processing incoming email/voicemail requests into incidents/cases in our CRM System
•Answers incoming calls from customer’s to provide price and availability of products or status of existing orders.
•Provide assistance via phone or email to our premium customers for calibration, parts replacement, and service/repair.
•Follow up with those customers via phone or email to ensure ticket closure for calibration, parts replacement, and service/repair.
•Assist other Fluke Networks departments and other Fluke operating companies where appropriate in directing customers to the right division.
•Develop solid internal partnerships with various Fluke Network departments to ensure our customer’s satisfaction.
•Bachelor’s degree preferred
•At least one year in a proven, successful first line customer contact position
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Basic networking experience
•Ability to multitask
•Experienced with (Outlook, Web, Office) and the ability to learn new systems (SalesForce.com)
