ARNP - Pain Management Clinic

CHI Franciscan Health System/Franciscan Medical Group is actively recruiting an ARNP to join the Pain Management team. The chronic pain management program is broad based, integrating care services that facilitate interdisciplinary care and patient satisfaction. This includes strict drug screening programs, analgesic mediation, interventional pain procedures, rehabilitation therapy, psychological therapy and alternative medicine.

Performs patient assessment/data collection, interprets findings and formulates treatment plans. Collaborates in the development and implementation of plan of care based on patient needs throughout patient’s course of care. Identifies and implements strategies to meet the educational needs of the patient.

Cultural Sensitivity and Competence: Demonstrates proper use of communication tools/materials for effective communication and understands how the culture(s) of patient populations can affect communication, collaboration and the provision of care, treatment and services. Patient Population Served: Demonstrates knowledge and proper skills associated with the department’s defined specific populations served.

Education/Experience: Completion of Advance Registered Nurse Practitioner program. Experience in modern pain management techniques, developing and managing a chronic pain management service line.

License/Certification: WA state license and Board Certified at start of employment
