Based in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, we are an emerging construction company that specializes in new construction, TI, renovations, and consulting in the greater Puget Sound markets. We focus on personal service and transparency so we can provide our customers with not only quality but realistic designs, schedules, and budgets.
What You Will Be Doing
The Project Manager is responsible for profitably managing all administrative and field construction activities related to assigned projects.
What You Need for this Position
-at least 5 years of recent experience working as a Construction Project Manager
-at least 3 years of recent experience working on multi-family, TI, medial facilities, renovations, tilt-ups, and new construction
-ability to read and interpret blue prints
-excellent ability to prioritize, delegate and multi-task
-strong ability to communicate cross-functionally
-valid Washington State driver's license with clean driving record
Preferred candidate qualifications
-BA in Construction Management or Construction Management certificate
-first aid certification
-intermediate/advanced computer skills (industry specific software as well as MS Project, Word, Excel, Sage 100 and Prolog)
