Experience, Skills and Knowledge

  • Hands on experience in developing technical roadmaps, setting a shared vision, story outlines, writing epics, grooming product backlogs and coordinating/prioritizing conflicting requirements in a fast paced, changing environment.

  • Detail- and results-oriented, able to analyze data, process and workflow to justify domain decisions and apply key learnings.

  • Ability to thoroughly understand complex business and technical issues and influence decision making at all levels of the organization without formal reporting structure authority

  • Advanced skills in object, data and / or process modeling

  • Advanced knowledge of business operations, objectives and strategies as well as business process and information flow

  • Extensive understanding of re-engineering approaches. Advanced knowledge of IT concepts, strategies and methodologies.

  • Advanced knowledge of diverse technologies and new and current architectures

  • Advanced data analytics and query techniques using data query tools such as SQL

  • Familiar with Domain Driven design methodology and concepts

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years relevant industry experience, with a record of successfully delivering complex products and services

  • 5+ years experience with data modeling, mapping and querying

  • 5+ years experience with Parallel Databases (i.e. Hadoop, Cassandra), Cloud environments (Azure preferred), event streaming/processing (i.e. Azure Event Hub), API services

  • 5 + Experience in Product Management, and Enterprise Information Management

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, ability to quickly master new systems and/or processes, capacity to stay organized while managing competing priorities

  • BA/BS in Computer Science
