Mail - JFeiss@wilburellis.com Job Description: Develop responsive web application using latest JavaScript frameworks, C# MVC, Google Map SDK, Open layer; develop and maintain web services using Rest/JSON, C#, Web API, Node JS; develop and maintain database code using PostgreSQL and PostGIS; resolve escalated problems within the product line; review issue with the client to establish the true source of problem; write robust Windows Service components that are long running, fault tolerant using design pattern to build reusable, generic and scalable component; develop robust code in.Net platform for storing, retrieving and streaming big data; research and develop new algorithms, maintaining existing Algorithms including IDW4, k-means clustering, Single-linkage clustering, and other home grown algorithms; utilize Precision Agriculture technologies to develop code in C# for processing Geotiff, Creating Zone from soil sample data, Processing Controller data; obtain detailed understanding of the business processes and flows to enable the development of solutions for the business functions; perform in-depth problem analysis; analyze files and system dumps for root cause; identify and document new product defects; analyze code for optimized performance; provide new and/or known solutions/workarounds to problems; determine solutions or alternatives and develop and implement the resolutions in a timely manner; develop and maintain AgVerdict application to meet Cloud Application requirements including scale out, fault tolerance, auto scale, redundancy, failover, high availability, eventual consistency, data partitioning; work with business/end users to define and improve business processes, document requirements, and implement working technical solutions; provide business support to resolve system issues and bug fixes using Jira; design and deliver critical customer facing and internal systems and features; debug applications in production environment to investigate and resolve problems involving memory leaking, resource utilization and contention issues or unexpected application crashes using Microsoft debugging tools including WinDbg.
