Job DescriptionMULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE: Assume end-to-end product ownership for various technical product offerings and/or software or technical services by leading cross functional development teams to define and implement technical business strategies, requirements, product roadmaps, services, offerings and new features for cloud-based and IT-based applications, systems, architecture and/or infrastructures. Gather, research and define product and business requirements, write detailed functional specifications, and coordinate efforts to scope, schedule, and deploy new feature sets, innovations and opportunities based on specific market segments and targeted customers. Expand and enhance technical offerings and/or cloud-based business growth and analyze cost/benefit of feature selection. Manage the entire IT and/or cloud-based product life cycle and best practices from strategic product roadmap planning, campaign development, feature requirements generation, and tactical go-to-market planning and execution to ensure that sales and the partner teams have what they need to be successful; create awareness and increase service adoption for the target market segments; and increase sales by leading calls with key customers. Create tools to support the success of the sales team and help identify opportunities to increase that success. Establish goals and metrics to optimize and grow the business and synthesize derive actionable recommendations to meet business objectives. Manage strategic projects and use data mining techniques and applied business concepts to develop sophisticated business intelligence models and effective metrics to identify and implement optimal solutions that improve the company's long term profitability. Develop and interpret information to assist management with decision making, policy formulation, and related managerial functions. Coordinate multiple simultaneous cross-team and cross-disciplinary efforts on a global platform from project inception to delivery for the design, development and implementation for large IT-based and/or cloud-based storage services. Manage cross functional communication to ensure all business and technical stakeholder's needs are prioritized appropriately. Basic QualificationsPrimary Requirements: Education: Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related quantitative field. Experience: 24 months of experience in the job offered or as a Business Analyst, Technical Lead, Project Manager, or related occupation. Alternate Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related quantitative field. Experience: 60 months of experience in the job offered or as a Business Analyst, Technical Lead, Project Manager, or related occupation.
