Internal audiences include Seattle Children's staff and faculty/providers. May involve providing communications consultation and support to hospital leaders, departments and work teams for projects and initiatives that span multiple audiences and vehicles. May involve initiating, developing, coordinating, implementing and/or evaluating communication plans related to these projects and initiatives. Other responsibilities include researching and writing feature articles; assisting with production and distribution of internal and/or external publications; updating content on Seattle Children's intranet; and communication support during regulatory surveys and crisis situations. Requirements: Required Education/Experience: - Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English, public relations or related field. - A minimum of five years experience in a marketing, communications or public relation role. - Exceptional writing skills, particularly feature articles, and a passion for story mining and story telling. .
