Embassy Management LLC Residential Services Compliance Specialist in Seattle, Washington

POSITION SUMMARY: The purpose of this position is to work as part of the Quality Assurance team to verify the quality of the services provided and compliance with internal policies and state/federal regulations in programs across the Embassy Management Group of Companies, including Supported Living/Residential Habilitation services, Developmental Disability Agency (DDA) services, developmental and behavioral services, ICF/ID services, and employment services. Assist with strategic planning, policy/systems/forms maintenance and development, and program assessments. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or GED required and a minimum of three years experience working with individuals and programs for people with developmental disabilities with progressive levels of responsibility required. College degree in special education, social work, psychology, or related field is preferred. Experience may substitute for education.
