          Parker Staffing Services Patient Care Coordinator in Seattle Washington United States

          Position: Patient Care Coordinator Location: Seattle, WA Type: 2-3 months To
          Apply: Reply to the 'submit' button below Responsibilities: Supporting the
          flow of medical records, charts and diagnostic films between the Intake
          department and the General Oncology, Hematology, and Women’s Clinics Data
          entry, copying, faxing, chart creation, mailing, shipping, assisting with the
          collection of medical records, films, and pathology slides as well as some
          telephone work This position requires the ability to work independently in a
          fast-paced clinical environment. This position will require lifting up to 40
          lbs. Enter patient demographic information into the appropriate registration
          system and/or database Assist with the collection/routing of outside medical
          records Act as central point of contact between off-site Patient Care
          Coordinators and on-site Providers, Nurses and Medical Assistants
          Requirements: Prior work experience in a medical/dental setting Familiarity
          with medical terminology preferred High school diploma or equivalent Good
          communication and customer service skills Computer experience with MS Office
          (Word, Outlook) Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Good problem-solving
          and organizational skills
