This includes, but not limited to, the collection of PO's, order updates/corrections, ensuring the order invoices accurately and in a timely manner and AR responsibilities to include resolution of short pays/deductions, invoice disputes and assistance with aged AR. Essential Functions Establish cross divisional relationships between Ortho and Endo working with AR & OMS teams Facilitates contact with hospital accounts and/or sales associates as deemed appropriate to secure PO numbers and ensure all orders invoice Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with customers to resolve monthly short pay/deductions, invoice disputes and aged AR POC for HP for resolution of AR issues POC for high volume customers ensuring AR is collected within payment terms Provides timely responses to all order inquiries Process credits as requested and deemed appropriate after research Qualifications Requirements Travel - No Travel Required Education- High school diploma. Licenses/Certifications- N/A Experience Minimum of three (3) years customer service experience. Competencies Approachable and strong communication skills. Professional, tactful and diplomatic. Ability to work without supervision. Resourceful. Customer service oriented. Responsive. Articulate, both written and verbal.
