Fresh Consulting is looked for an expert level Project Manager to provide services to our client located in Seattle. This project is expected to start in August 2017 and go through June 2020 with possible extension. MANDATORY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Expert level of experience, (minimum of 8 years), as a Lead Project Manager, in enterprise, large-scale, software application, implementation, and integration projects Expert level, (minimum of 8 years), of direct, personal, experience in the creation and maintenance IT project deliverable PMBOK documentation Expert level of experience, (minimum of 8 years), in estimating IT project task durations, costs and levels of effort Expert level of knowledge of the Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) standards and guidelines Expert level of experience in Microsoft Office 2016, Visio 2016, and Project 2016 software Expert level experience in the creation of Request For Information (RFI), Request For Proposal (RFP), and Request For Quotation (RFQ) solicitations. The Information Technology Project Management Practitioner must have a valid project management certificate issued by the Project Management Institute (PMI) DESIRABLESKILLS AND EXPERIENCE : Information Technology Project Management Practitioner has prior implementation and configuration experience with WorkForce Software’s EmpCenter Labor System Information Technology Project Management Practitioner has prior experience using SPARX Enterprise Architect software Prior IT project management experience under oversight of WA State Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) IT standards, policies, and guidelines Prior IT project management experience in IT projects dealing with the implementation, modification, or integration with WSDOT Enterprise accounting and labor systems Prior IT project management experience in IT projects dealing with the implementation, modification, or integration of transportation dispatch systems
