Tableau Software Director, Marketing Insights and Analytics in Seattle, Washington

What you ll be doing *LI-VI1 The Director, Marketing Insight and Analytics is responsible for providing research and recommendations to marketing teams to support our prospect and customer campaigns across all programs and channels. This role will lead a team of analysts and data scientists in identifying/executing optimization and improvement opportunities, and maintaining a deep understanding of stakeholder challenges and needs. This role is responsible for identifying critical business questions and developing supporting framework and analytics models to answer them. The Director, Marketing Insight and Analytics will demonstrate expertise in marketing and sales metrics, customer data, digital media and web analytics, integrating and presenting data, and articulating data driven recommendations that shape marketing execution. Some of the things you ll be doing include * Lead a team of experienced analysts that serve as the foundation of our Marketing Analytics practice, including executive-level reporting and deeper integrated analysis. * Develop the goals, priorities and data strategy for the Marketing Analytics practice. * Oversee the systems and infrastructure needed to drive optimization, reporting and analysis to support our global integrated, with a heavy emphasis on digital channels marketing efforts, being hands-on as required. * Manage data consolidation and automation from media platforms, publishers, web analytics, and CRM platform to enable an integrated view of the data in our environment, being hands-on as needed. * Manage integration of CRM first party into 3rd party data platforms for deeper optimization opportunities. * Design the tracking framework, create dashboards, and conduct analysis to answer key marketing business questions. * Drive customer segmentation and modeling of our customer data to drive insights to predict account adoption, individual user behavior and align modeling and insights to support engagement and lifecycle programs across marketing and sales programs. * Implement robust processes, training, and documentation. * Develop, publish, and monitor weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance dashboards for various audiences from marketing specialists to executives. Reporting includes website metrics, and performance across digital marketing channels and integrated campaigns to inform strategy. Who you are * Experienced * You are a Recruiter!
