Duties will include turning apartments for new residents safely and efficiently.JOB REQUIREMENTS:*6 months experience in facility maintenance or related work including painting, plumbing and electrical repair and installation, minor wall repair and underground sprinkler maintenance. *Basic set of hand tools. *Ability to speak English well enough to communicate with staff. *Drug Screen, background check.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:*Apartment maintenance experience.HOURS/DAYS/SCHEDULE:Day shift, Monday - Friday, as scheduled.SALARY/WAGE/BENEFITS:$9.50/hour.
