The Identity Division in C+E is looking for an experienced Business Administrator to support the Director of Engineering for the Identity Authentication Engineering Team as well as help provide team support as part of a group of admins to a large engineering team (350+ engineers). The Identity team is really at the core of a huge number of critical Microsoft scenarios and our products and services are key to securing and delivering great user experiences to hundreds of millions of our users. Primary Responsibilities:

•This person will be an integrated member of the Identity Engineering team and will develop strong working relationships as a part of the Identity Business Support team.

•Proactively prioritize and manage director-level complex calendars with utmost attention to accuracy and timelines

•Arrange domestic and complex international travel and prepare expense reports

•Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings

•Coordinate team meetings and team morale events including obtaining rooms, catering, and managing Skype meetings across multiple time zones

•Purchase supplies and equipment

•Track capital equipment

•Manage headcount and organization charts

•Manage onboarding of full-time employees and vendors, including office set-ups

•Space planning/tracking and office moves in partnership with other division administrators

•Manage SharePoint sites

•Manage budgets in partnership with Finance with Month-End Close operations, including accruals, and managing purchase orders / internal orders

•Assist with preparations of special presentation materials, onsite and off-site meeting logistics

•Manage special projects end-to-end as needed.

•Build relationships with the Business Support community

•Managing team distribution lists

•Ensure compliance with the administrative operations policies and procedures

•Identify, recommend, and implement solutions to departmental operations and process issues

• Rhythm of Business support, including organizing Day of Caring, Giving Campaign, All Hands Meetings, holiday parties, and other project milestone celebrations.

Qualifications:

•Minimum of 3 years of Microsoft experience, or 5+ years of relevant work experience supporting a large team in a fast-paced administrative capacity

•A BA/BS degree is desirable, but not required

•Excellent written and communication skills

•Self-motivated with strong team player orientation

•Proficiency with Microsoft productivity software: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel

•Proficiency with Microsoft internal tools for invoice processing and PO management, travel reservations and expense reporting, recruiting and headcount management.
