We are currently conducting a search for a Sr Business Operations Analyst to support our Networking & Smart Cities Solutions business unit. Primary role is to provide analysis and recommendations for improved operational performance including pricing and costing scenarios. Works on creating, reviewing and modifying business processes for complex initiatives across business operations teams including finance, manufacturing, supply chain for the planning and implementation of projects that support the product marketing and overall business unit functions. Interacts directly with product managers, financial analysts and corporate operations teams to identify efficiencies, prepare operational activity reports and responds to questions from internal organizations. Responsibilities may also include tracking of KPI's to evaluate results and provide recommendations for future projects. Duties & Responsibilities Develop, interprets and implements financial concepts for financial planning and control. Identify intercompany relationships that will affect operational decisions as needed, to plan, oversee, develop, execute, track and be accountable for assigned product-group activities. Work closely with Business Line Financial Analyst to monitor financial resource allocation and business results. Participate in and provide regular input regarding responsibility area to Itron's strategic product planning process. Serve as member of Product Marketing Operational Team to ensure overall coordination of efforts in accordance with established processes and standards across the different organizations. Work with business unit product marketing team to ensure related projects and programs are executed in a timely and effective manner. Provide analysis, queries and interpret financial and market data. Provide continual tracking, analysis and reporting of product-group specific project efforts. Recommend and implement new business processes to increase effectiveness and efficiencies. Experience: This position requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience Education: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. Travel: 10-25%Location: Can be located out of Liberty Lake, WA office, Raleigh, NC office or another Itron office location in the US.
