(PM MC) team. This team will develop, deploy, and transition into

sustainment integrated mission command and situational awareness capabilities

to the Army and joint forces. The PM MC team provides intuitive, adaptive

mission command and situational awareness capabilities for the command post and

platform that enable mission execution by commanders and leaders at all levels

to be more effective, agile and decisive. They also deliver capabilities across

the warfighting functions of movement and maneuver, command and control, fires,

sustainment, protection, intelligence, and engagement. This group uses an agile

and effective development process to achieve both near-term deliveries to

current systems and longer-term development to enhance mission command

capabilities. This is contingent upon award.

The PM MC Team is looking for a

senior level Fielding Coordinator. PM MC Fielding Coordinators are

strategically located personnel who operate periodically in a temporary duty

(TDY) capacity in support of other locations to include OCONUS locations.

FIELDING COORDINATOR

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·

Interface with customers in an assigned area

to determine specific needs and requirements, and oversee contract task

accomplishment.

·

Coach, lead, and counsel staff in the

accomplishment of goals and tasks in support of the contract.

·

Leads team on large projects or significant

segment of large complex projects.

·

Analyzes new and complex project-related

problems and creates innovative solutions involving scheduling, technology,

methodology, tools, and solution components.

·

Prepare oral presentations and written reports

to management, indicating solution or range of possible alternatives in rank of

desirability and probability of success when there is no single solution.

·

Prepares and provides the customer with long

and short-range plans for application selection, systems development, systems

maintenance, and production activities and for necessary support resources.

FIELDING COORDINATOR

QUALIFICATIONS:

·

A bachelor's degree and 7 years of directly

related experience. 8 years of direct experience maybe substituted for

the BS degree.

·

Experience in creating technical documentation

·

Must be self-starter, willing to take complete

ownership of complex technical problems

·

Should be able to think clearly and articulate

with appropriate level of abstraction his/her thought process on complex

technological issues

·

A current Secret Clearance Required.
