About this jobThe R&D Engineer will be a technical resource as individual contributor and/or program team leader to implement technical projects that support strategic company goals.
The position requires an ability to coordinate technology development activities and programs in response to specific market and production requirements as well as customer-related questions and complaints.

Duties
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Applied Science required
Proven ability and experience to manage a product from design and conception to the realistic manufacturing and production.
Ability to make recommendations on changes in approach, concepts, and the design of solutions as a member of a team.
Excellent technical training skills with the ability to communicate technical solutions clearly.
