Bing Index Quality team is looking for talented, highly motivated and experienced developers to helps us build and ship a new generation of spam/ junk/ malware/adult detection technologies thereby dramatically improving the quality of Bing search results. Our detection engine processes and analyzes billions of documents every day. Each document served by Bing index is examined to evaluate its contribution to the index. Our massively parallel document processing and data mining systems seek out the patterns and signatures to effectively uncover and understand not only the individual spam document, but the entire networks of spam, malware and adult content. To accomplish this, we employ cutting edge machine learning technologies, sophisticated classification algorithms, large scale data mining and powerful SERP modeling techniques.

Our challenge is great. Spammers display incredible ingenuity and repeatedly design new creative ways of tricking search engines. They are intensely motivated by the multi-billion dollar industry around spam and adult content. This job requires strong technical skills. You must have the following skills and experience:
- 3+ years programming experience in C++/C#
- Strong track record of shipping high-quality product features on schedule
- Demonstrated experience in a rapid development environment
- Experience in information retrieval, machine learning, data mining or natural language processing is a definite plus.
