          We currently have a role of Group Business Analysis Manager in Online Services Division. In this role you will lead several initiatives like product ROI decisions, business development deals, and identification of areas of efficiencies. This role requires ability to understand the big picture and an eye on underlying details and have the ability to lead projects and influence teams. This role will also help sizing up of impact of new business deals and upcoming /unproven investment opportunities and identify business opportunities and risks. It is a great role for a motivated thought leader to define and shape the future of online services.
          Responsibilities
          Develop Cost to Serve framework for new products and emerging product scenarios. Define framework for upfront investments vs. long term cost trajectories for specific product/services areas like speech, natural interfaces, video, US vs. International etc.
          Develop infrastructure capacity framework for new features/new products based on volume projections from Product/Finance teams and work closely with Engineering to convert the traffic estimates ( queries per second) into infrastructure footprint (server, network , bandwidth). Gain complete understanding of infrastructure and engineering fundamentals that drive capacity and costs in the short term and long term and lead initiatives for cost engineering and efficiencies.
          Lead discussion with business development and engineering/product development teams to support new business opportunities while providing expert guidance on cost models with specifics around fixed, variable and opportunity cost and short term and medium term cost trajectories.
          Lead development of Scorecards for MBR/QBR representing Cost to serve and other Operations KPIs identifying costs for US vs. International markets for many of the upcoming new products and features.
          Provide leadership to the Online Operations Finance team across projects on cost optimization, investment decisions and identification of efficiency drivers engaging Engineering teams. Serve as Online Operations SME for emerging and new product initiatives.
          Develop process for usage tracking and usage based cost allocation for new products/features. In partnership with Finance Controllership establish budget/forecast rhythm and lead communication forums across Engineering and Finance teams for demand/supply of infrastructure resources and cost estimates.
          Qualifications and Skills
          Strong decision-making and critical thinking ability; able to develop unique methods of analysis where traditional methods do not yield results. Prior experience with complex financial modeling is a must.

          Demonstrated ability to impact and influence business decisions in a highly distributed environment. Experience forming cross-group and cross-functional partnerships to achieve goals with strong business partnering skills.

          Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously

          BA/BS in finance, accounting, or technical discipline. MBA is preferred.

          7 years of experience in a strategy, financial analysis and financial management preferred.
